RULES

I reserve the right to cancel or reject a commission without reason or cause.

I reserve the right to reuse or resell canceled or unpaid commissions.

I do not have to take your sass or attitude. I will treat you respectfully, please do the same.


⦁ Payment is taken after sketch approval, or upfront if commissioner prefers.

⦁ If paid upfront, you can request a full refund if I have not started on your commission(s).

⦁ If paid after sketch, and the work has not been completed, you can receive a partical refund covering the cost of what has been completed.

⦁ If you decide to cancel the commission without paying for the sketch, you are not free to still use the sketch. It will be resold as a premade or YCH and is not yours.

⦁ Commissions can be purchased in several stages, if you commission a sketch and wish to, at a later date, have it lined, colored, or shaded, you'll only have to pay the difference in price. However, if this is done, I prefer that the older piece of work be replaced as well from where ever you may have it posted.

⦁ That being said, do not pay another artist to line, color, or otherwise alter art you've commissioned from me.

⦁ Please do not alter, crop, or otherwise change the art you commission from me. (Resize the whole image to your hearts content, however!)

⦁ Please do not remove my signature from any work of art that you recieve from me, be it by commissioning me yourself, or by acquiring my art through other means.

⦁ Edits can be made at any stage throughout your commission, however, I would rather not have to edit major things after the sketch. If you see something missing, or something you'd like changed, please mention it as soon as possible. The sketch stage is the best stage to request pose changes. If a major lineart/pose change is required in late stage process and you have not mentioned it beforehand, I will not fix it for free. Small or color edits are free.

⦁ If you send me a commission form, and do not include a pose, or leave it up to me to pick one for you, you may not ask for a different pose or resketch of your commission. I would prefer that you include one to save us both the trouble. If you decide you do not want the commission afterwards and cancel because of this rule, you will be blacklisted and no longer allowed to commission me. Please provide a pose if this rule does not suit your fancy.

⦁ Please try to be patient when commissioning me, as sometimes it can take a while for me to get a sketch out to you. Time ranging from a few hours, to a few weeks depending on how much time I have to spare towards art between my IRL or how long my commission queue is.

⦁ If you send me a commission form, and I've approved it, but by the time you receive the sketch, you can no longer afford it (because life happens and I totally understand). I will hold the sketch for you for a maximum of a month. If you have not returned in that time, I will repurpose it or sell it off as a YCH.

⦁ Portraits are made on a 380x380 canvas and than shrunk down to the 95x95. You will receive the 95x95 and the 380x380 with the 95x95 image in a corner along with my signature. If you are commissioning a pixel or remap portrait, the quality of the 380x380 that you receive will be that of the 95x95 zoomed in by 4.

⦁ While I offer nude or smut commissions, please keep them tasteful. Anything too out there, or awkwardly fetishy will be rejected. If you're not sure, please just ask!

⦁ Males are harder for me to draw than females, and often times will take me longer to complete. If you're commissioning a male character piece, please keep this in mind!

⦁ Streaming commissions is an option, however I can't always provide it, so please allow me to know before hand if you would like to watch so I can set a time that works between both our schedules.
